Terms and conditions:  Pricing is a guide only and depends on the length and condition of your dog's coat and the time involved in grooming.  No discounts for multiple dogs in same family.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.  We DO NOT brush out badly matted dogs. An accurate quote will be provided when you drop your dog off to us, however we reserve the right to adjust pricing if unforeseen circumstances arise (eg dog is matted or requires muzzling).  We reserve the right to refuse grooming services to dogs with fleas and/or certain behavioral issues such as human or dog aggressiveness and/or excessive barking.  Dogs that will not tolerate grooming procedures will be muzzled (at extra cost $25).  As this salon has minimal holding facilities, we request that clients collect their dogs at the appointed time which will be advised at the time of drop off.  Dogs not collected at the appointed time will be charged a late collection fee of $20 per half hour (after the first 1/2 hour) unless prior arrangements have been made.  We request that clients be contactable via telephone during the grooming appointment in case of emergency or if unforeseen grooming issues arise during the appointment.  Please advise us of any medical or behavioral conditions eg epilepsy, infection, recent surgery or other relevant issues.  A "no show fee" and/or late cancellation fee (less than 24 hours notice) of $90 per dog will be charged and is payable at time of re-booking to cover costs incurred by this business by being unable to fill missed appointment.
